‘Siblings’

This silk screen print depicts the close bond between two hounds, whether they be real siblings or hounds that have come to be siblings through their forever families. My two hounds Puffin and Atlas, were half siblings and they had the most special and adorable bond. They would often seek each other out to play or just lounge around together, or Puffin would rest her little snoot on Atlas’ back for comfort. The pose in the piece is based on the way they would sit near enough eye to eye and one would bork at the other to initiate play time. It is a celebration of hounds loving hounds.
