‘Over the Bridge’

This piece depicts a hound crossing over the bridge or what I imagine that to look like. The hound is looking back towards their owner (the viewer) for reassurance that they are able to go. As the guardian of two beloved houndlings, who have crossed the bridge, I often think about this moment and hope that my girls are happy, running free and pain free. For Vena and Puffin.
