‘Metamorphosis’

Metamorphosis represents the journey our hounds go on once they find their forever homes. We are privileged to be a part of their transformation from timid, scared and sometimes completely shut down dogs to loving, playful and sometimes crazy members of the family. I have been in awe of my own little houndlings and loved being a part of their growth and metamorphosis.

A hand printed piece of artwork, created from a photopolymer plate.
This piece was created by scanning the original artwork in and first printing in on to acetate. The acetate is then used to expose a photopolymer plate on a UV box. The plate once ready and cleaned, can be inked up with etching inks and printed on a printing press. This means that each piece will differ slightly due to the nature of hand printing.

Printed with Intaglio Bone Black Etching Ink

Each piece will arrive wrapped in archival tissue paper and rolled in a postal tube.

IMPORTANT: Turn around time to receive your print is up to 14 days due to hand printing the edition. Each print then also needs time to be flattened and the ink to fully dry.
